May I Introduce….

24 Dec

I have been too busy to write trying to get ready for Christmas. I had lots of posts planned that did not materialize simply because I bit off more than I could chew with a gift request from my granddaughters this year. I have a small tale to tell, so let me start at the beginning…

It’s all her fault really.

This is the Raggedy Ann my mom made for me way back when….this is the doll that started it all. She is worn from her forty-ish years of existence, and I still love her dearly. The girls love to talk to her and pet her, but I don’t let them play with her a lot because she is just a tad fragile. So I asked the oldest grand a few months ago if she would like for me to make her one for Christmas, and she said yes. Le sigh. I should have started sewing then.

Some time in November I pulled out all the old Raggedy stuff I had, and started going through it.

At the time, I thought I had hit the jackpot. My mom and I use to make these dolls and sell them, but that was over 25 years ago. But when I saw all this stuff, I thought I was in like Flynn and started sorting to see what I had. I had a couple of treasures I didn’t even realize.

I had not one, but 2 FACES my mom finished before she got too sick to sew. (Mom passed away a long time ago, go here for a little more about her :) ) She had come up with a technique for making the Raggedy faces with crayons and waxed paper to save money and not have to buy a bunch of transfers or have to embroider the faces. She nor I liked to embroider much. I was thrilled to find this face smiling back at me from the stash. Now, it was time to begin!

Help! I can’t feel my legs!

I got this far on the first doll, and was having some major problems with my sewing machine, so I decided to take a short break. I was finally able to get her legs attached. This version of Raggedy is as tall as the 2 year old – 35 inches….

That’s Better!

At this stage a friend of mine called the doll Alien Annie, :) . I did get a kick out of that. I really did have a tough time making these dolls though. Part of the patterns were there, parts were missing. I had to trace the doll my mom had started to make a body pattern for the other dolls I wanted to make. I also had to figure out the way to make the transfers for the other face (I did find 2 faces, just not 2 whole dolls cut out). It took a little trial and error, and way more time than I thought it would, but I finally got a doll to this point:

Alien Annie now had a reverse mohawk. The sewing of the hair had a couple of tense moments as well, because some of those directions were missing too. A little trial and error goes a long way in creating, doesn’t it?

Next, we have this interesting shot:

No, this isn’t Animal from the Muppets.

Even though it does remind me of him. :) I was finally able to complete one whole doll. May I introduce….

…Raggedy Ann!

Then here we are on Christmas Eve and I am still trying to finish 2 MORE DOLLS! I think I have gone Raggedy insane! But I am close, and I will keep sewing hair until they all look like Animal, er, Raggedy Ann! I hope you enjoyed my tale of sew and sew. :)

I will be sharing some of my cookie recipes in the next few posts. I hope to make a few by tomorrow anyway: chocolate chip, peanut butter, sugar cookies, no bake chocolate-peanut butter-oatmeal cookies and chocolate krispie treats. I will let you know what the grands think of my cookie creations as well as their dolls.

Merry Christmas to you all, and to all a Good Night! Angela

Grateful Mondays 11/21/2011

21 Nov
This is a Grateful Monday post from the archives, hope you are having a Grateful Monday too! Angela
Lots of rain and storms last week...

Clearing after a storm….

This past week was slammed! I did not mean to, but we all do it from time to time. I had myself booked every day and night for a week! UGH! I hate it when that happens, and normally I work very hard not to do that to myself. Oh well. :) I survived and had several things I was very grateful for during it all.

1. I was very grateful Monday that there is an end to a work day. Man! My co-worker and I had done a whole days work by 10 AM that morning, every crazy thing and problem you can think of either called, walked or crawled into our office. It was not a fun day. So as I said I was very grateful for the end of the work day Monday.

2. Tuesday came and was fairly busy too, but not in the crazy, running wild way Monday was. I had a lovely visit from a dear friend for a little while sharing beautiful pics of her newest grandbaby, a beautiful little girl with a head full of hair. She had flown across the country to be with her daughter after the birth, and she had a very busy but lovely 2 1/2 weeks with them. I am thankful for shared grandmother joys. Yay!

3. I was also grateful for time shared with Boyfriend Tuesday night. He had spent the weekend before away with his family and we didn’t get to see each other much the week before he left. We had a seminar to go to, so we didn’t get to just hang together, but it was very nice to be with him even with the busy-ness of the evening. If you want to check out some info about what we learned, you can click here. :)

4. Wednesday I was grateful for friends who help me figure out career issues. I have signed up for some business coaching and need a little help with a long questionnaire that I have to answer before I begin my coaching time. I have done pretty well on it, but got a little stuck on a few things. It was nice to have 2 of my best buds to talk it over with, Kitchen Stuff I Love Steph and Raspberry Moon Nikki.

5. I am grateful for: Sushi! I didn’t know I loved it until I started dating Boyfriend, but boy do I! I eat wa-a-a-y too much of the stuff every chance I get, and the girls and I had sushi Wednesday night. Yummy!

6. Thursday evening I got to have my Valentine facial Boyfriend bought for me, from Nikki. It is a wonderful treat to get in to see her. I was bad and didn’t book my evening appointment until a few weeks ago, otherwise I could have been in sooner, but I am so glad I got in Thursday! Nikki used a new red wine treatment on me and I loved it! The toner felt like liquid velvet going over my skin. I don’t know if you use toner or not, the kinds Nikki has recommended to me in the past feel fine, but none of them have ever felt this good! I’m telling ya, it was fantastic!

7. By Friday, I kinda felt like pooh! Good things to do are great, but too many good things are still too many! I am grateful that the work week for me ends on Friday. We went out and bought birthday gifts for the 2 May birthday granddaughters, and had a little dinner. I found some fun stuff at the store too, movies and such. It was a nice evening.

Artisphere Preview

8. I am grateful for the events downtown Greenville, SC has. This weekend it was Artisphere, and I will be doing a couple of separate blogs about it later this week. Fun! It was almost like a mini circus, lots and lots to see and enjoy. And we cleaned out both of our cars on Saturday, and trust me! I am always grateful for a clean car! :)

9. I was grateful watching Granddaughters open their birthday gift from us, seeing the cute little “O’s” their mouths make over the strangest things….the oldest opened the cables to a new game system. We thought we were being clever, and she would think all she was getting was a few wires for her birthday, but No-o-o-o! She knew what they went to, a Wii system. She is only 7 folks. :) Couldn’t pull one over on her! Her 2 year old sister opened a controller and even acted excited because her Sissy did. Lol! They were lots of fun to watch just opening it. Then you get to laugh and smile watching them play it. Very grateful for moments like this.

Butterfly piñata

10. Sunday was another day to be grateful. Our whole family got together to celebrate the girls birthdays at the park and it was wonderful! My Dad was able to come too, and we always love seeing him. The weather was nice at the park too, lots of clouds kept it from being too hot. There was a very cute Butterfly pinata that the kids whacked on for about 10 minutes! Finally Daughter pulled it open and let them have the candy and toys. All in all a wonderful day!

So, how was your week? What have you got to be grateful for? I am glad today has already started out slower than last Monday :) . I would love to hear how you are doing, leave me and comment and let me know. Have a great week everyone! Angela

Grateful Mondays 10/03/2011

03 Oct

Hope you are as happy about the arrival of fall as I am! We have had several days now of nicer weather, the temperature is down about 10-12 degrees, and I am enjoying it! So this week my gratitude list will start with this, being grateful for nice temperatures and the beginning of fall! Here are a few other somewhat eclectic things I appreciate right now…

I am grateful for my Daddy! We just celebrated his 75th birthday. Love you, Daddy! Daughter made her wonderful Chicken Alfredo too, another of mine and the family’s favorite things!

I am so grateful for nature, the sounds, the smells, the colors! Whether the bright red of fall leaves or the bright colors of flowers in the spring, to the stark white of winter snow, I love them all!

I love the smell of fresh popped popcorn. Hot popcorn is the best! What are foods you love to smell?

I love to read books, I just don’t do it enough. I really do appreciate my public library, ’cause I could NEVER afford all the books I love!

I am grateful for Pinterest, a website I use to help me keep up with things I don’t want to loose or forget about, things I want to make in the future and sometimes things that just make me smile. You can click on the little red button in my sidebar if you want to check it out. It’s free and really easy to use. Just don’t waste your whole life on it, we do that enough now with Facebook right? :)

I am so grateful for my grandbabies! I love being a Nanny. If you’re a grandparent you know just what I mean! For those parents out there that aren’t sure their kids are gonna survive their own childhood, don’t kill the kids yet! One day, they give you grandkids and I promise that is a wonderful thing! Life is so busy I don’t get to see some of mine nearly enough to suit me, but I love every minute we have together….

I am grateful for games and friends and family to play them with. Right now our favorites are Scrabble, Little Big Planet and Apples to Apples*. Little Big Planet can also be my biggest frustration too when I can’t get my little sackgirl to cooperate. :) What are your game favorites?

I love using chop sticks. I think it is a fun way to eat, I am grateful for the fun and the fact that I can’t stuff my mouth with too much at once.

I love the smell and feel of leather boots, and I have enough Native America in me to appreciate the cow who gave them to me.

This week I am also grateful for clever sayings that bring a smile to my day: “If Plan A fails, remember that you have 25 letters left.” :) Also: “Gratitude turns what we have into enough.” Hope you don’t need those 25 other letters this week and that we all realize we have enough. Thanks! Talk to you later, Angela

Grateful Mondays….8/22/2011

22 Aug

Wow! What a wonderful week my family just had! We went on vacation to one of my favorite places in the world, Folly Beach. It was great! I needed the break more than I realized. It was so much fun to just be able to relax on the beach, in the room, on the pier. My grateful attitude got rejuvenated. I am always grateful for the beauty of the ocean, the sound of the sea, and the wonderful and fun wildlife you find there. I am also grateful for time shared with family on every occasion.

Happy Floaters

Happy Boys

Happy Couple

Happy Us

Morris Island Lighthouse

A bridge to carry me back home....

It was a different visit for me, more time just hanging out and less time running here and there. We did make time to go out to walk on the end of the island you can see the lighthouse from, always a favorite thing for me. The grands loved all the shells they found while we walked. It was hot while we were there, but sunblock and an umbrella and lots of trips into the ocean kept us from over baking. So the simple gratitude list is this:

1. A week off from work
2. Vacation at Folly Beach with family
3. A room near the ocean
4. The beauty of the ocean
5. The sound of the surf rolling in and crashing waves
6. Birds and turtles and dolphins and crabs :)
7. Watching a 2 year old see the ocean for the first time and declaring, “I love it!”
8. Hanging with a 7 year old and helping her find that perfect shell.
9. Sunblock, Coppertone is the best! The other stuff we used was not as good.
10. Umbrellas and chairs from Babies Away made packing much easier
11. Walking out to the Lighthouse and seeing how well the foundation has been restored
12. Seeing a rainbow play hide and seek near the Lighthouse
13. Playing games until 3 AM on the deck
14. Having coffee anytime I wanted because if I couldn’t sleep it didn’t matter. However, I slept like a rock! It was awesome!
15. Sleeping until I woke up, no alarms!
16. Walking on the pier and watching the girls chase birds
17. Being happy
18. Enjoying life
19. Watching the water go back and forth over my feet
20. Watching the patterns the waves made as they moved in and out
21. Following the shrimp boats along the horizon as they did their daily work.
22. Watching the sailboats as they floated by
23. I’m very grateful for a safe trip home.
24. Grateful for my own bed too.

We have to come back to reality now. Le sigh. I’m very grateful and happy for last week. I have lots of  memories to keep in my thoughts and to dream on. Hope you have a great week full of gratefulness. :) Angela

Grateful Mondays…6/27/2011

27 Jun

Before we begin my grateful list, I want to announce the winner to my Blog Bash giveaway. The lucky winner is: Anja M. Anja, you have 72 hours to contact me, or another winner will be announced. A big thanks goes to all who entered and to Family Approve for sponsoring this linked up giveaway. :) Now, on to the gratitude list!

1. Glasses! For those of us with vision impairment, they really come in handy. I like being able to see! I have terrible vision with out them and having them makes life much more enjoyable and easier to handle. Having them also helped me enjoy our vacation more.

2. I am very grateful for the vacation we had a few weeks ago. We both really needed it, and I have had to remember one of my favorite quotes from Dr. Seuss again: “Don’t be sad it’s over, be glad it happened!” I am glad and grateful it happened.

3. Things I am grateful for related to my vacation: The sound of the surf, the water lapping up to the shore and pulling away. I love that sound.

4. Another Beach memory: Seeing the lighthouse in the distance. Knowing that the ocean has tried to wash it away, but some are trying to save it now. I love to see it standing there, watching out over my beloved ocean.

5. The warmth of the sun combined with the breeze of the ocean. Last year we didn’t feel the heat and ended up cooking ourselves in the breeze and the sun. This year I became the sunblock nazi to keep us covered and protected. :) You can get a tan with 30 sun block. I know, because we did.

6. I’m grateful for Boyfriend finally being able to rest and relax. We were driving his car on our vacation. It broke down on the way out of town. Within an hour we had his car headed to the repair shop and were in a nice rental. He was thankful that I could make all that happen so quickly, but he was unsettled by it. A day and a half later, he was finally able to relax. Vacation went much better after that. :)

7. I am happy and grateful for the wonderful food we found at a few of the eateries at Folly Beach. The pic I am sharing is of Tuna Nachos at Rita’s. Yum! That is the best word ever for their food! It’s a fun place to hang out too. If you’re ever at Folly you have to check it out!

8. Patriots Point! Wow! This is a wonderful historical site to visit. We climbed all over the USS Yorktown, a retired aircraft carrier. There are lots of retired planes as well, and many touching stories retold in all the letters and documents that are on display. There is also a submarine open to do a quick walkthrough, it was TIGHT! Not at all what the movies look like, let me tell you! It is the retired USS Clamagore. There are pictures below of us crammed into it. I love the look of all the old dials and charts. We had a great time playing around with stuff. It was a fantastic part of our trip.

9. I am grateful for the natural beauty in that area too. We saw tons of seagulls, pelicans and quite a few egrets. There were tons of cute little hoppy birds I don’t know the name of, they make me think of the little birds in the movie Nemo that hollered: “MINE! MINE! MINE!” when a fish was on the boardwalk. :) We didn’t see any dolphins on this visit, but there’s always next time!

Seagull Parking

10. Memories of my flower loving Grandma, pronounce Gran-maw. She was part Cherokee and loved to be outdoors. I know I get my love of anything blooming from her. I may be almost 50, but I miss my grandparents regularly. I hope those of you who still have them with you are able to enjoy time with them. When I was tiny and just learning to walk, I went on my first beach vacation with my family. Somewhere there is a picture of Grandma chasing me down to the water, :) . I immediately loved the ocean, and my family had a hard time keeping me out of it…..my dad still talks about it. If I ever find that picture, I’ll be sure to share it with you.

Vacations and memories of them and family are good things to be thankful for. Hope your week is starting off well, let me know what you’re grateful for today. Thanks! Angela

Grateful Mondays…6/20/2011

20 Jun
Gardenia!

This is my weekly installment of things I am grateful for, following the idea from Ann Voskamp.  You can check out my Things I’m Grateful For page as well. So, this week I am grateful for:

1. Flowers blooming in my yard: Gardenias! The smell is wonderful, and greets me as I go to work everyday.

2. Business and Life Coaching. I have been working with Alan Melton, and he is helping me think outside of the box again. The questionnaire I mentioned before that I was working on came from him, and it has really helped me refocus not just on my business but on my life as a whole. It has been a great experience working with him.

3. Making a new plan for my life. I’m grateful for dreams. One of the things I am being encouraged to do is come up with 101 goals for my life. I will share my list when it’s finished. Do you have a list like that?

4. Figuring out what I like about myself. It hasn’t been part of the working plan with the coaching, but looking at other things for the plan has also helped me appreciate some things about myself. I can be very self critical and only talk to myself about things I don’t like. While self awareness and reflection can often help us change, being severely critical of our failures doesn’t. So it’s refreshing to realize I do like myself, and that there are some things I really do well.

5. For reminders that God loves me, and is always with me. He is always a friend in my corner. So much more than this is available to us in our relationship with Him. Take the time to read this post about taking scraps of lies and making a quilt of truth.

6. I am grateful for the gifts and abilities in others, so I don’t have to figure out everything by myself all the time. :) Others around me have gifts and talents that are a regular blessing to me.

7. Collages! My friend and I (Nicole from Raspberry Moon) each made a collage this weekend and had a ball! They are mixed media collages and we had never made anything like it. Wayna Stephenson Guirl  led the class. She is so talented and sweet, we had a wonderful time pulling things out of her stash and ours to make our creations. Have you ever made something like this? I would love to see it, send me a link!

8. Clean, fresh sheets! I LOVE the smell of linens freshly laundered. I can’t wait to get them on the bed!

9. For time to read the blogs of others. I will be sharing a new list of lovely places to visit soon! In the meantime, you catch up on the last post I wrote for this.

10. Time with my Dad. We cooked dinner for him and celebrated Father’s Day with him. I have a great  daddy.

Hope you have a wonderful week! Life is good! Talk to you soon, Angela

The View From Sydney

15 Jun

The world was treated to a rare display of full lunar eclipse on Tuesday night. The eclipse lasted for over 100 minutes in parts of Asia, Europe and Africa, making it the longest since 2000 and one of the longest on record, according to NASA. The picture I’m sharing is of the blood red moon people in Sydney, Australia were able to see during the event. We will have to wait a few years to see another full eclipse over the US. It will be visible mostly from New Jersey in April 2014. So maybe we need to plan a trip up north to get a good view. :)

Granddaughter and I found a pretty good YouTube video of the event too. There may be more available by the time you read this blog, but we could only find a few. We liked this one.

I have always been fascinated with events like this. When I was growing up, my dad would let us climb up on the roof with him and lay down on a blanket to watch the stars. We watched an eclipse this way once, as well as falling stars 2 or 3 times a year. If we found out some other celestial event was going to occur, we would get that blanket out and get ready for our adventure on the roof! It was a lot of fun.

Do you enjoy these types of things? Did you have special rituals you and your family did to watch them? My parents always had a wonderful sense of adventure. We enjoyed lots of wonderful trips they planned out and did all sorts of things growing up. I’m glad enjoying the stars and lunar events was a part of that.

Well, I guess I’ll go start planning my trip to New Jersey. :) Maybe my dad will go with me and we can find a roof to watch it on. G’nite! Angela

I Am Thankful

08 May

It’s so easy to forget in the busyness of our everyday lives to stop for a moment and be grateful for the myriad blessings we each have. I know I started my gratitude page but don’t update it nearly often enough. I am planning on changing that, starting with this post. Each Monday I will be sharing a new list of things I am grateful for. If over time I end up repeating myself, I won’t worry about it. I just want to be more conscious about how I live my life, and not be such a grumbler and complainer. I may not be really bad at either of those things, but I want to share more about the wonderful things in my life I am grateful for too.

So, my plan is to make a weekly list and add 5 things a day to it and make that my following Monday post. We will see if my plan works :) . Today, I am just gonna write out several things I can remember being grateful for this past week.

Alice painted my roses for me

1. Roses. My tiny little rosebush has performed beautifully this year. Each beautiful red blossom cheers my heart when I walk past it to and from my car. I’m very glad we planted it last year.

2. Honeysuckle blooming at home and at my office. Smelling the sweet fragrance in the air reminds me of my childhood. My granny loved a scent called Honeysuckle by Avon, they probably still make it. It really did smell like the flowers, and I loved the way it smelled on her. She would buy my sister and I a little roll-on bottle of it every now and then, and as I said the fragrance always reminds me of this part of my childhood.

Sweet Honeysuckle

3. Grandbaby artwork. They color pages for me and hand them out with special flair. It’s always fun to receive them too. Love it!

4. I’m grateful for all the times my daughter cooks dinner for us, because when she can’t my cooking is a super poor substitute, to the point that I usually don’t even try to cook for myself anymore. I will just nibble on what we have on hand if she is away and can’t cook. She made me a WONDERFUL Chicken Alfredo dinner for Mother’s Day along with a chocolate cake, yum!

My Chocolate Cake

5. My other daughter gave me sweet prezzies that I will get to enjoy, 2 books and my very own set of Ruby Red slippers, tiny replicas from the Wizard of Oz. It was great! I am grateful for the thoughtful gifts they both gave me.

Click The Heels 3 Times....

6. I’m grateful for the Mother’s Day greetings I got from my sweet son and lovely daughter-in-law as well. It was a wonderful Mother’s Day.

7. I’m grateful for old friends who reach out to me, and renew our wonderful friendships. Things like that are always such a blessing!

8. I’m grateful for a new friends I have on Facebook that live all over the country. It has been so much fun cutting up with them and laughing with each other over hilarious stuff….I guess that makes me grateful for Facebook too.

9. I’m grateful I have my job. My customers can make life challenging sometimes, but so far we have figured out how to handle every situation they have handed us. I am also very grateful for my past and current co-workers.

10. I am grateful for all the stuff I got done this weekend! I had let my ‘stuff’ explode all over my room. I was able to get it ALL cleaned and straightened and now feel so much better!

I will end with this for today. I really had a good week, even though it had it’s challenges. It’s nice to be able to give the good things more credit than the bad. Please share the things you are grateful for in a comment. I would love to celebrate with you too. Hope you all have a wonderful week, talk to you soon! Angela

Playtime!

10 Mar

The Biased Beginning

I’ve been playing this evening! I have enjoyed myself working on my daughter’s apron. I cut out several strips of the polka dotted material and sewed them together to make 126+ inches I will be ironing into bias tape for trim around said apron.

Wrong Way!

I only made one easily correctable mistake putting the sections together. Other than that I enjoyed the math project of figuring it all out. I have a knack for conversions apparently. :) That was nice to find out. I enjoyed the fact too that the material was cut at an angle to produce the bias. Once the tape is sewn on the bib and skirt of the apron it won’t have any pull or give. If you don’t cut it at an angle, you can pull your item out of shape once it’s done. It was nice to work on it. In the Right Way! picture I am pointing at the seam you can’t really see. This is the right place to put the seam for bias tape, the angle opens up and keeps the ‘ribbon’ running in a straight line.

Right Way!

I also sewed a button on a jumper for one of the girls. I only have a couple of repair jobs waiting on me now. I like that too.

Other than that the day has been pretty good. It started out that way anyway. I was working on clearing up my to do list at work too. Only I was creating a problem for myself. Every time I opened an item to work on it, another item was created, identical to the first one except for the date. I’m not sure why this happened today. My boss didn’t understand what I was asking him and showed me how to do stuff I already knew. I have used this system before and it has never created a new work item when I visit an old one. Basically I was creating a double workload for myself. Fun right? I stopped working on the list and then spent the next hour getting rid of the duplicates. Hopefully this doesn’t happen next time, but if it does I’ll call tech support. I have enough to do without creating needless activity for myself.

I loved being home by myself this evening. It has been great. The beginning of this greatness is that I found a Sonic on my way home. Yes, I got excited over a Sonic. I don’t know why, but I LOVE their food and slushes. I had my supper ordered and eaten and was home around 6 PM. It was so-o-o-o-o-o good too! I had a grilled chicken wrap with onion rings and a strawberry slush. Yum! Now don’t go hatin’ on me, I said it was good. I did not say it was healthy. :) But I was H-A-P-P-Y! Still am.

Got home, started laundry and took a bath. Ahhhhhh! I love a bath too! This evening the girls were gone to Girl Scouts…(btw, it’s cookie time! Go buy some already!) and while I enjoy being home with them, today was nice to be home alone. Stuff just clicked and I was able to get all this done! It was great! And now I am sitting here telling you about it, so I am even getting a blog done.

Have any of you ever watched a show called Gilmore Girls? It is not a current show, but there are 7 seasons of DVD’s to be seen. It was a quirky little show that I feel in love with. I also bought the cd from the show, Our Little Corner of the World,  at some point and I’ve been listening to it tonight while I work, along with a cd of music inspired by Narnia, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. I enjoy tunes while I work on projects or just around the house. I have even been known to have it going while I am reading. How about you? Do you like to listen to music? Do you have specific types for certain things? Rock and Roll to clean to, jazz for reading? I’m pretty eclectic with my music. If I like it I like it, but I can’t always tell you why. I do like music with dark humor in it sometimes too. There is a song that is sad kinda, I guess, but it’s just entertaining to me. It’s called Child Psychology and is on the Gilmore Girls cd as well as a single. My daughter does not like it, and always worries about me thinking it’s funny, lol…”Life is unfair, kill yourself or get over it,” is one of the chorus lines. Yeah, not that funny in itself, just click on it and watch the YouTube link. Maybe you”ll find it humorous too. If not, I don’t mind. :)

Well, I need to go fold laundry now. You know how it is. Once you wash and dry it you have to do something with the stuff! Hope you are having as good of an evening as I am. The girls made it home safe, yay! Even though I can enjoy my time to myself, I am ALWAYS happy when we are home together, safe and sound. The second best part of that is they brought cookies home with them. :) Hope you are safe and sound with your loved ones tonight too! Goodnight! Angela
